Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Merchandise must be returned in the same condition as it was received and return shipping charges are non-refundable and are full responsibility of the customer. Refunds will be made for the price of the item, excluding shipping fees and 20% restocking fee.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you an email advising so. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Return address is PO Box 391 Rye, CO 81069. The shipping address on the package is the shipping warehouse.

Damages and issues
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@scentsuds.com with your order number and photos of the damage. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
Gift Orders
If you received a ScentSuds product as a gift and it arrived damaged, please contact us at info@scentsuds.com and we'll make it right.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
